For the last few weeks, myself and my colleagues at electricArtists have been "in the thick of it" as we put the final touches on a major presentation we've been developing for a client about digital reputation management.
During my research this week, I came across a very funny video which was posted to YouTube in June of last year.
The video is about as simple and low-fi as you can get. And yet as of today, over 1,000,000 people have viewed it.
Here's a description from the guy who made it:
A Comcast technician came to replace a faulty modem. After spending an hour on hold with Comcast's central office, he fell asleep on my couch. I've been in my apartment for three weeks and my internet connection is still non-functional. This is my tribute to Comcast, their low quality technology and their poor customer service.
