In 2005, we were asked by FORTUNE Magazine to come up with some new marketing ideas to help launch a new business conference that they had developed - The FORTUNE Innovation Forum.
One of the ideas the we moved forward with was to launch a content rich blog centered solely around the subject of business innovation. To write and edit the blog (which we titled "The Innovation Insider") we hired Dominic Basulto, a young graduate of the Yale School of Management. Within a week of launching the The Innovation Insider, I realized that Dominic was not only an absolutely amazing blogger, but an incredibly smart and intelligent strategist.
Last month, Dominic joined our strategy team at ElectricArtists as our new Director of Editorial Strategy and Content Development. He now works very closely with both myself and Claire Hyland on defining and developing our editorial strategies for new engagements for a range of clients including Starwood Hotels and American Express.
The good news is that even though he's taken a full time position at ElectricArtists, Dominic continues to blog about business innovation on Endless Innovation, his personal blog.
Endless Innovation is one of my favorite blogs and I can't recommend it highly enough.
